Clean room and requested services were met promptly. Staff are very friendly.

Clean rooms, great staff but rooms have 0 insulation from noise from neighbor rooms, hallway, or outside. No breakfast available and no options for food before 7am.

I love that you have access to the parking garage, as parking in the area is otherwise quite difficult to find and/or expensive. I love having a full kitchen with all the dishes you would need. The front desk staff was very friendly upon check-in (we arrived pretty late - close to 10pm). The Wi-Fi was pretty strong. I enjoy having a balcony (although in the mornings ours wall in full sun so we couldn't use it without being blinded, but the one on my last visit was wonderful). I do wish the towels were softer (they're very scratchy) and wish that the TV was hooked up to the internet so that visitors could log in to things like Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc. The remote was very difficult to use. It was quite warm and there wasn't any air conditioning or fans in the main living space so we opened windows but then we really heard all the noise of drunks late at night and celebrations very early in the morning from events going on in the area. The couch is also pretty uncomfortable. I will likely stay again, due to the convenience of the location, however for the price I do wish some of these issues could be improved upon.

We liked the spaciousness of our accommodation including a kitchen. There was a deck with a jacuzzi with a view of the sunset and the mountains. There were a lot of employees working to keep the inn clean. The historic lobby was fun.

Room was clean but carpet was old with stains and in need of replacement. Bed and pillows were not comfortable, need upgrading. The condo was spacious with a well equipped kitchenette, although a bigger coffee maker would be nice. Place was quiet in general but footsteps from upstairs could be heard. Good parking.
